Why We Are Different
We are pioneering a new way of supporting entrepreneurs. While the growth of accelerator programmes has mushroomed, they tend to be somewhat programmatic and time-bound. Our experience shows that new ventures work at their own pace rather than at the pace of accelerator programmes. We patiently work with our entrepreneurs, giving them courage, guidance, and the extra support they need to transition into founders that others would bet on.
Our Business Model
Stage One 1 day/week, Pro-bono for up to 3 months

Stage Two Share Options with discounted fees

Provide Mentoring/coaching/expertise and access to investment network

Prepare early drafts of the legals and financial paperwork; term sheets, cap tables etc.

Provide small sums of investment to carry out technical prototype development, market research, early stage IP filling etc

Provide hands on, virtual team member style mentoring and activity such as getting Due Diligence completed, calling people to open doors, making intros to potential board members and teams members to strengthen their position
